We are currently in network with the following dental insurance providers.
We do accept all other insurance and will submit insurance claims for you as a courtesy. For patients using their Out-Of-Network benefits in our office, the out-of-pocket cost is usually similar with in-network provider for most procedures, for Preventive and Diagnostic Services there will often be $0 out-of-pocket cost.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
